We are a facilities engineering services company created in Barcelona in 1990. We differ from other companies by being a multidisciplinary engineering with our own innovative methodology.

JSS efficient engineering is led by its partners Mª Luisa Sánchez Romero and Francesc Juncosa who together with its General Director Francesc Juncosa Jr and a staff of 25 highly qualified, versatile and committed professionals, form a team that shares, day by day, the opportunity to work, hand in hand with each new client, projects that entail challenge and fascinating stimulus.

Our competitive advantage is efficiency as innovation in the dark. This innovation occurs where the radar does not capture it, without using spectacular techniques or methods that require special tools, with very simple habits and consists in gradually pinching the procedures to achieve differences that will end up being significant and relevant.
02/01/2020 - In JSS efficient engineering, we believe and bet on the continuous improvement in the quality of the service, therefore, among others, we have implemented all the necessary processes that have led us to obtain the accreditation of the ISO 9001 Quality Standard, being the main axes of our Quality politics:

- Work systematically so that our suggestions are innovative and rigorous, to achieve a better level of quality and efficiency. We seek the continuous improvement in the service to our clients, them being the final users or the components of multidisciplinary teams. We assume the commitment to fulfill the quality requirements.
- Technical rigor and responsibility. It is up to us to achieve the highest level of QUALITY of the projects, based on compliance with current regulations, rational integration into the global project and ongoing training of the work team. Collecting both market innovations and environmental impact reduction measures.
- Commitment. Commitment to fulfill the necessary requirements by all the participants. Especially focusing on the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in each case.
- Customer satisfaction and collaboration. We believe in the value of collective work. We seek as a priority the satisfaction of the client with the service received, taking into account the specificities of each of them and based on the well-done work, in strict compliance with deadlines and in the agility in the operations.

One of the challenges we set ourselves is to achieve a great capacity to adapt the equipment to the new needs of society, expanding the work areas to the rehabilitation, energy efficiency, applying knowledge in an innovative way to new market areas and proposing new forms of joint management with members of the same group, such as the ICA or national or international work teams.

We promote good communication between them and with other agents. We are committed to a systematic work in constant evolution to continuously improve and respect, with this, family reconciliation.
