The implementation of renewable energy allows us to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. Solar thermal energy, biomass, geothermal energy or photovoltaics are necessary elements to be incorporated in almost null consumption buildings, nZEB.
LEED AND BREEAM ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATIONS
A building produces an important impact on the environment throughout its life cycle. To reduce it, in JSS we collaborate in the implementation of Environmental Evaluation Certifications such as LEED, BREEAM or WELL.
ACÚSTICA. DB HR Y MEDIDAS CORRECTORAS
We carry out sound insulation projects in the building, as well as studies of corrective measures to reduce noise pollution caused by machinery, in order to facilitate obtaining municipal licenses.
ENERGY AUDITS
We are in charge of carrying out energy audits, implementing the proposals made and processing the possible subsidies (energy saving actions usually dispose of subsidies from ICAEN or IDAE).
ENERGY CERTIFICATIONS
We take care of carrying out the energy certification process of all types of buildings and their processing before the ICAEN or the appropriate body, as well as the analysis of possible measures to improve their efficiency.
